Ya, they lose their first rounder but not the 49ers..the Commisioner can't take that, he doesn't have the power to. Luckily for The Pats the 49ers are most likley gonna finish worse than The Pats and the Pats will get a pretty good pick.

Ya they only lose their own.. but they had to trade for it and 1st rounds are very valuable so im sure they gave up a good player for it.. people act like getting stripped of your first round pick is like nothing, but in reality, it is harsh

no kidding Pats lose there pick which will probably be 31 or 32 when all is said and done and will probably still walk away from it all with a top 15 pick.

They lose their regular first round pick over the camera thing...They get the other one because that was a trade...
