I think that those people should use common sense and make the right decision for themselves, regardless of what anyone tells them.
The church is simply standing by it's principles. It's the responsibility of the person to make the right choice regarding who they have sex with or how.

I think that you should not ban them. Do you know any body with an STD ? If you lived in South America , chances are one of your friends would. I think that condoms are very use full and should be continued being used everywhere.

I agree with you, however, teenagers shouldn't be having sex in the first place.
Sex education starts at home. Parents should teach their kids the pros and cons of pre-marital sex instead of the church.
