On a Mac in Photoshop 7 how can you block justify text?

On a Mac in Photoshop 7 how can you block justify text? I can easily align left, right or centre - but no option for block justifying exists - is there a way of drawing some kind of box first? help!

Go to Window > Character. On the Character palette click on Paragraph. Here you'll find more alignment options.
