I have an idea for an internet-based company that Im certain will work. How do I get help starting it up?

This isnt your average ecommerce site, and I caanot learn how to build one like this. I will need an internet publishing copany to build it, but Im scared to tell of my idea afraid that it'll be stolen. Is there a way to protect my ideas althought as of now I cannot start it up? Also, is there a way, if my idea is protected, to easily allow others to invest in it?

You really need to buy "Batman Begins" and watch very closely how Batman buys all his stuff.
