why computer is called chemical device also ?

Because there are chemical computer, called reaction-diffusion computer. The computations are performed by naturally occurring chemical reactions.

Hi. Never heard that but just about all of the capacitors have a chemical that separates the charged plates. And the battery is chemical.

i agree with Cirric, thats about the closest you can get.

Unless "Chemical" is refferring to something other than what we refer to as chemical.
