In Florida if the case has passed 5 years no no attorney wants to take the case. I am disabled becuase of this car accident and the judge does care. He awarded the opponent's anyway. Even the State Representative in our district knows about the case and says the case is a MONSTER. Noone will take the case.

Hire another lawyer. One that passed the bar this time.

If the judge fired him, you are probably better off pro se, but hiring another attorney makes more sense to me.

Details, Details and specifics are needed. Pro Se -- Latin for yourself. Do not be a fool. While the law permits one to be stupid and act PRO SE, you cannot be compelled to do so. KEEP MOUTH SHUT. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. GET ANOTHER ATTORNEY.
