We were in the Derbyshire Dales at the weekend - stayed in Buxton - it was fabulous. Had to keep stopping the car on the way to take photies. Had a wander around the grounds at Chatsworth House - one of the best Autumnal displays I've seen in several years.
It was a bit cold first thing - there was frost on the grass, but the sun came out and we were well wrapped up.
Top predicted temperatures for the UK today between 10C and 14C depending on area.

I am up here in Northern New Jersey, in Essex County. The leaves here are a beautiful color of reds and browns and yellows. The day today is about 74 and sunny. Yesterday, it was near 80 and felt like it. But, it is supposed to rain. In fact, the weather forecasters up here are fickle that we are not really having a fall, but more of an early summer-type weather.
That is the forecast for the New York Metro area.

It's a bit witches tit here in Bristol UK but clear blue skies - a perfect autumn day, the leaves are turning, give it a week and it will be stunning, my stables are surrounded by woodland and I cant wait to canter through the crunchy leaves when it's nice and frosty.

in Ireland, it's slightly warm during the days, but then gets extremely chilly/cold around 5pm and even colder throughout the night, some nights (which is a change from every night) it rains. I can't complain about it, there's only 8 days off it left, then into a very bitter and cold winter, but as long as it doesn't rain all the time, I'm happy.

I'm in Southern California & the weather & air are awful right now from all the fires burning around me. It's muggy & ugly outside. Ashes everywhere. The smoke air is hurting my lungs & my nose & eyes. Very unpleasant. I hope everything is great where you are at~~
