This is a great question.... Anyways, not all sins are created equal. True sins displease the Lord and so fourth, but the way I see the situation my answer for the biggest sin is go to be Not attending Mass. There many reasons why I think this answer is the biggest among all of them, but in simple terms: If your not sick, or not working on Sunday (Saturday Night) you're automatically sinning with no question asked. This commandment is the most strict of them all. People say, killing, or stealing are the most baddest but in my opinion not attending church is a greater sin to commit because many people don't go, pray, or even confess to the priest.
Killing,Stealing, and others are not as equal but their major sins although the first 3 out of 10 commandments are major at it best, the others are the way of behaving and interacting.

I think anything involving hurting a child. That would be raping them, killing them. I think those are the worst sins. Anything against children that involves them being molested and/or murdered.
