I think we have a few billion years before this becomes worth worrying about. In the meantime, we've got a lot more pressing things to worry about.

Our Generation NO defintley not my reasoing is the sun will eventully be gone done with it will expand (will explain in a minute) Our offsprings will have to worry about the sun but that wont be for around a billion years give or take you see the sun has been around for a while as we all know it right now is curntley burring hydroden that will run out once that burns out Helium will turn into hydorden and the sun will be hotter then normal this will be hapeing for about a million years after it burns all it's hellium the sun will eventuly expand and when it dose it will eat up the planets (Hopefuly by then we will be able to find a way out of here) the sun will then into a red dwarf or a white im sorry i dont remember wich one and then will be colder but wll still be very hot after a while there will be a supernova

But when you look at it our planet is really doomed im sorry to say it but it's true weather the sun dies out on us or dark matter sawllows up the planet or form something we did on earth (polution) im sorry to say it but the next genaration is going to have a lot to work with

hope i could explain some of it :)

Oh yes. We should all worry about the Sun. The International Worry Bank is running short of worries right this very moment and needs everyone's help to prevent it going belly up. So each and every one of you are encouraged to contribute your fair share of worry, and the Sun is an excellent subject to worry about. In about 4 1/2 or 5 Billion Years the Sun will use up all of its supply of Hydrogen Gas which is fueling the present nuclear fusion process (fuses Hydrogen into Helium)which gives off the heat and light that all of us see and feel every day. When the Hydrogen Gas is used up, the tremendous pressure and heat in the core of the Sun will shift over to fusing Helium Gas into other compounds for another long, long period of time. When the Sun begins working its magic on helium gas a corresponding size increase is expected to occur within the Sun, and it will grow to four or five times its normal size. That size increase will probably cause most everything on Earth to be incinerated and turned to ashes. So, if you were having a good day up until now, I encourage you to ponder on the meaning of all of this directly on you. With any luck, you will become despondent with worry and join the rest of us in supporting the International Worry Bank.

It is expected to brighten about 1% per 100 million years. That is so slow compared to the amount of time since humans first appeard on Earth that it can be considered as not increasing at all.

No, we will be dead before then, the sun will expand in about 5 billion years, I'd worry about global warming first.

Not really. Not in about 4-5 billion years when it enters the Red Giant phase. Then it's bye bye earth :(

Only if you have found a way to live a billion years or longer. Otherwise, I would ignore it as one of those facts which someone else has to worry about.

Hope that helps.

not in this century but in like hundred centuries the sun will become so big that it will swallow planets and we will move from planet to planet and eventually we will have to float in space in a space station looking for a new solar system

Well, it's happening. I don't see why we should be worried about it, though...
