I think he is sitting on something that is attached to that stick. and it is just a matter of him balancing on it

He's a magician I guess... That stick is probably his prop
I'm not a magician so I don't know the details lol. But such levitation is common among magician. Criss Angel could even levitate from one roof top to another.

Well, obviously by the video he's meditating. Meditation (through excessive hours of practice) can bring about miraculous things such as levitation, healing, or anything really. It's not just some crazy crap act....look into it for yourself. I really see no fraud in this video, as people are walking around and examining him. It's pretty unique, and far too many underestimate the power of the human mind.

That's frickin awesome, even tough it's obvious how he did it. He came across a secret leprechaun hideout and was able to befriend them, so they gave him some of their leprechaun magic. So he's just showing it off. After all, leprechauns make the world go round, not gravitational pull.
