oh my i have bin having coffe in the mornin for a week know

I would first do a 4 point check: (1) have you been sniffing any powders? (2) ingesting any pills? (3) smoking any substances? (4) poking yourself with any needles?

Mennaires disease causes dizziness. It is a condition in your ears that causes dizziness or vertigo.
Stop all caffeine for a few months and see if it helps. Needless to say no drugs or alcohol of any type. The spelling makes me think you are doing something.
My Husband had it for quite a while (years) but after stopping caffeine (as he was told to by the Doctor)it finally stopped>

Well you have a fever, or the flu, or just a cold. If you dont feel better after taking some over the counter meds go to the doctor.

Your not provideing enough imformation to determine what is causeing your Dizzyness.
Could be low blood sugar,an inter ear infection or even a side effect to some medication that you are presently takeing.

check in with the doctor it may be severe or just minor take some medicine u may have a couple of symptoms

your spelling skills are making you sick too?! maybe you should see a doctor, he can examine you and tell you what you have...especially since you give absolutly no details whatsoever about what made you feel dizzy in the first place. people on here cant guess what you have by just reading "i feel dizzy, whats wrong with me?"
