Since terrorism is an old concept, and nukes are an aging weapon (possibly to be antiquated by something else someday), I think it will probably happen someday. The only real way to stop it is to ban all nukes world wide, and that will work until people figure out how to build nukes in their garage and where to get the supplies. Most things that are state-of-the-art today will be a child's build-it kit tomarrow. I really don't know the odds of us catching a nuke hidden on a transport or hidden in John Doe's garage in suburbia.

Terrorists will not likely make a nuclear bomb, but may very well gain possession of one from Iran, North Korea, Syria or Russia. They will certainly set one off eventually. It's just a question of when and where. My guess would be somewhere in the middle east (probably an Isreali city like Tel Aviv) or New York. They seem to have an obsession with New York.

If they had access to nuclear weapons they would have used it against Israel, America, Europe, or even other Muslims who happen to belong to a different sect of Islam.

Many of these fanatics would destroy the whole planet, or even the universe if they could. They don't care about themselves or their families. Heck, what kind of a monster could send his/her child off as a suicide bomber?

Yes they will. And Putin is going to help them do it. It is only a matter of time.
