brown or black mascara with gold-toned shimmery eyeshadow to bring out some color in your skin. maybe a bit of subtle bluish eyeshadow or eyeliner to bring out your eyes.

Brown liner will enhance the blue in an eye.
It depends on what kind of a look your going for. But my take as a makeup artist for 8 years- always go with natural colors to accent- you don't need people just to be looking at the colors - unless your hiding or not wanting them to see YOU

Dark blue eyes pop with golds, tans, and shimmery light blues. You should stick with those colors, or you could even line your eyes in a brown liner and use light blue shadow! Have fun playing up those eyes (I know I'm jealouse!)lol

Tawny tones perk up blue eyes and lavender will also bring the blue out in your eyes. Stay away from black eyeliner and mascara. Try a blue/brown mascara and either a brown or navy eyeliner pencil.

I would say eather light browns or blacks but don't mix the two just pick one for that day/event. I think for evening or special occasions black would be better though. Then for every day brown would be good.
