My employer keeps the thermostat very low - both in the summer and in the winter. I look ridiculous wearing a winter coat in 90 degree Texas heat! And gloves don't allow you to type very well. I was thinking of a space heater - but I am not sure it will be allowed. Any suggestions? Quick - I'm turning BLUE!

-If you can reach the A/C grille (cold air outlet), try to close it partially by moving the grille blades to the closed position.

- Or close the opening of the cold air air using transparent plastic sheet and fix it in place with transparent scotch tape.

- Try to practice some sports in your place

- Open the window if there is one.

- let the door of your office open

- Install a heater that blows hot air like the hair dryer.

- Ask to change your place by another on less cold

I do have a small space heater under my desk.
The only other thing I can think of is to have a small maybe even a child's blanket you can throw over your legs.
