Please not Jayden or Allison! It would be entirely too trendy - you don't want your baby to be one in... five million or anything.
For Jason, why not Jane, Jasmine, Jeanette (but not Jenette - that looks a little like it's trying too hard - or not enough), Janna, Jessa, Jessamine, Janis, Jenny, etc. I wouldn't go with a weird spelling - that would also make your daughter one in five million, no matter how unique your spelling is.
For something that begins in Al, what about Alethea, Alina, Alora, Alissa, Alyssa, Alabama, Alanna, Alanis, Alaura, Alexia, Alexis, Alicia, Alice, Alix, or Aliza?
The two names should flow well together - no same endings or anything (like Janna Alina - it's a little too rhymey). Some combinations I like are Jane Alanis, Jeanette Alexia, Jessamine Alora, Janis Alexandria, etc. Jan would be a cute name, or Janey/Janie.
Anyway, good luck and congrats to both you and your fiance!

You can't give her a name derived from 'Jason', unless you want to go for Jasonne. (Please don't.) Try something similar like Jasmine or Jackie. These aren't really suggestions, just examples. Allison would combine both your names. There are lots of traditional 'al' names such as Alice or Alexandra, look them up on baby name sites. Of course you can go for the trendy 'unique/unusual' names like Alene or Alyx. Discuss your suggestions with your fiance.

I went to babynamesworld.com and found names that sound similar to Jason. The ones I liked were Jisenia/Jezenya(Jasmine flower) and Jasna(clear) but if you go there and find the name Jason you can find a list of similar names to go through on your own time.
As for the middle name, how about Alanna, Alia, Alyssa, Alice, or Alyse?
It all depends on your likes/dislikes and last name. Have fun choosing!
