Jeff Dunham. Since Foxworthy's branched out a bit and is doing other things besides his "You might be a Redneck if..." stuff, I do like him better than I used to, though.

Definitely Dunham. Foxworthy is still funny, but watching Dunham onstage with Peanut and Jose the jalapeno on a stick, being able to do his own voice plus 2 other completely different voices at one time is amazing.
