He would be able to travel more than he does on the court.

He wouldn't have anywhere near as much money, either from playing or from endorsements. Marketing in the NFL only favors a very select few marquee players, most often QBs.

He didn't play football after his sophomore year, so who is to say whether he could have made it to the NFL as a WR or TE.

I think he's where he should be.

He's supporting his favorite team.
Is everybody just supposed to drop teams they've liked their entire lives when they get a job in another city?

How about getting off his back....
I hate the Yankees as much as anybody, but he was being loyal.



now, to answer the question....there's no way to tell how he'd be in the NFL.
I think it's obvious he made the right choice

He might have gotten caught up in the Maurice Clarett scandal at OSU.

If not, he probably would have become a first round TE. But he made the right choice. There's more money and notoriety in BB.

He would still be the biggest loser ever! I hope that everyone Boo's him off the court this season after what he did to Cleveland fans durning the series with the Yankees. The guy has no class what so ever!
