Sim baby and toddler help?

Is it possible to change a baby or toddler sim's eye color or facial features? and I don't mean in create a family I mean baby sims that are only born or toddlers.

I don't believe so; they inherit those traits from their parents. You can't do anything with babies, but you may be able to change hair or eye color with toddlers.

If you want to change a baby's facial features, you need to wait until they are Adults. You cannot really tell what a baby will look like when it's born, so leave him be.

And do you really care about the eye colour?
