Rush Limbaugh, now there is a reliable source if there ever was one roflmao. Were it not for global warming there might have been more rain and with less dry grass and other vegitation any fire might not have been as big and hit expensive Republican homes. Boxer is correct. The equipment that would have been used by the National Guard was generously sent to Iraq by California but the federal government has not reimbursed California for the equipment paid for by California. California can't just go buy more so they do without and see what happens. Garamendi is also right. Even if we did have enough equipment without National Guard personnel who are trained in the operation of the equipment the equipment would be useless but all those trained people are in Iraq. Of course the hate monger, Rush Limbaugh is going to discredit those who tell the truth. He wouldn't know the truth if it smacked him in the face.
