If it is (3x-7)/5 divided by (7-3x)/10, then flip the 2nd fraction and change it to multiplication:

(3x - 7)/5 times 10/(7-3x)

Then cancel the 5 into the 10. Also, 3x - 7 and 7 - 3x are opposites, so the cancel to -1. The answer should be -2.

I can't tell if you mean (3x - 7)/5 and (7 - 3x)/10, or 3x - (7/5) and 7 - (3x/10), or some combination of the two.

If it's the first case, then as always when dividing fractions, just flip the second one over and multiply straight across. So this is:
[(3x - 7)/5] * [10/(7 - 3x)]
10(3x - 7) / 5(7 - 3x)
2(3x - 7) / (7 - 3x)
-2(-3x + 7) / (7 - 3x)
-2(7 - 3x) / (7 - 3x)
-2
