when its my cell phone, i have a ring tone that is just really loud right off, i was watching TV the other night, and no one ever calls after 10:30 or so it was about 11 and my phone sitting right next to me during a scary movie rings really loud!!!! I jumped so far that i thought i was gonna hit the ceiling! LOL

I don't really scream but take a loud gasp instead followed with a jump. I'm all alone in my office, so I tend to get startled with every noise I hear or think that I hear.!!

I am deaf so I cannot hear the phone,,but I am guilty of jumping screaming behind the couch when I see Cherie Blair on tv,,now that's spooky or rather she is

We have a novelty phone, it doesn`t ring, it emits a loud scream, when it screams my step sister jumps about ringing a little bell.
