just asking..... Some gay men, I know, think like we women do, and have great fashion/make-up/hair/ style sense than most women I know.

I should have asked, is that an aspect of his gayness, not how I worded it.. sorry if I offended anyone. That was not my intention.

Intuition and style aren't the same thing.

Many (if not most) men are intuitive. Some guys seem to let their testosterone get in the way of their intuition.

I think that what you are observing may be more indicative of an observant, emotionally intelligent, style-conscious individual. Those traits can occur in straight men as well. Your suggestion is probably based on the fact that some women feel more comfortable interacting with gay men on levels that they may not interact with straight men (generally speaking), and therefore an additional opportunity exists to observe things that they would not observe about straight men.

I think that there are more gay men than women this and the fact that a gay man is a bigger deal then a woman who is a lesbian. I think that women are more comfortable with their sexual orientation naturally then men that it's not really a humongous deal if their a lesbian or not. I mean how many women do you see getting bullied or harassed for being a being lesbian. I think that the people who know more about the lesbians are the girls themselves. Gay men really don't pay attention to the lesbians (in my opinion) who are in the world.

Actually Intuition comes from over active adrenals that are formed through anxiety in the mothers womb thus many gay men are intuitive . It has nothing to do with beuing feminine I speak from experience it is a defensive skill
Thus You will often pick up on a negative atmosphere rather than positive it also has nothing to do with being Psychic which is a more developed skill
It is like being a Cassndra ( look her up in lassical mythology , You tend to predict bad outcomes ! )

A man can't have women's intuition, because he's a man. It would then be a man's intuition. Intuition is perception of the truth, a keen and quick insight. But what you explained there after, some of the best designers in fashion, style, make-up, and hair are men who are not gay. Half the people on here don't know what the frigg their talkin about. If it's women's intuition then its a women! Look up the word!!!

Not necessarily, a lot of straight guys know just as much as any woman with a good fashion sense, it really isnt determined by sex, in my opinion it's experience, women have experience with make up so they have a good sense in that department. Some men have an interest in that and know it well, doesnt make them gay.

Men in touch with their female side are not rare....talk to artist types you'll find you have empathy with them too. I'm a musician and have very little in common with male sporty types or competitive ones doesn't mean we are gay just means we dig girls in a different way.

People are simply weird.

I mean, if some guy's wife asks about her new outfit or new hairstyle and the guy blows her off in a manly husbandry way she gets irritated. Yet if the husband comments with too much knowledge he's in touch "with his feminine side".

And to justify a "clean and groomed" guy's existance in U.S. homophobe society the breeders had to invent the term "metrosexual".

Today people make me ill.

that's the only thing that makes one gay if they are attracted and do the same sex!
nothing about style or how they act.. its in the bed room where most don't know!
