You need:
- a scantily clad top heavy stripper type.
- a vicar.
- a wardrobe / ledge.
- a 'regular guy' who will at some point will end up just wearing his pants
- a kindly but sexless neighbour / relative / oap who will express shock in no uncertain terms by means of fainting, screaming and so on.
- a flimsy premise for all of the above to be in the same place at the same time. With hillarious consequences.

Start with a tragedy and punch it up a little.
The one below will work. Put them all on the ledge of a building, contemplating suicide or lock them in an elevator in a building that has been closed for repairs...or...a small plane hurtling out of control...or...standing in line at the DMV, bus station bathroom, or on judgment day.
