This means FACTS, not conclusions. Conclusions are inadmissible at trial. We need to know the who, what, when, where and how of it. What did he do? When? Where? And, most importantly, what laws did he violate?
And, if he has committed an impeachable offense why has not Congress voted articles of impeachment, which take only a simple majority vote??

Those in support will list off the list that they have tatood on their forhead complete with names, dates, figures, etc. that they always answer this kind of question with. But this list still doesn't answer your question because none of these things have ever been brought up at any hearing that resulted in a conviction. It is their conclusions, not the conclusion of the highest court. If as you said he'd done anything he'd have been hung a long time ago!

Do you mean evidence? No. I'm not going to reiterate the case made by John Dean, Bruce Fein (a constitutional scholar and a conservative) and others for the impeachment of Bush and Cheney. You can easily look them up for yourself.
As for congress acting, I would like to see a vote in the house. Unfortunately at least 17 republicans would have to vote to convict in the senate and I don't see that happening.

Point of order...an impeachment requires 2/3 of each House. Committees (panels) vote out articles of impeachment on a simple majority, but the actual impeachment by the House is a 2/3 vote.
I stored the evidence with Saddam's weapons of mass destruction.

since I do not have millions of government money to investigage Bush, I cannot give you the facts you seek.
But here is what I believe he is guilty of:
1) lying to this country to take us to war in Iraq, or at the very least patching together cherry picked intel to sell the war
2) outing a CIA agent
3) ordering torture
4) ordering illeal eavesdropping and wiretapping of americans clearly violating the necessary procedures for doing so.
5) not honoring and protecting the constitution as he is sworn to do.
6) knowing full well that our country is under invasion by illegal aliens especially at our southern border....and pretending that he needs congress to pass a law so he can act to safeguard our sovereignty...a law that he wants to only make the matter worst by legalizing the invaders and giving millions of more guest worker passes to others
8) over 800 signing statements basically saying that he is above the law and does not have to follow the law unless he likes it.
your request for proof is a joke. This is what I know, I know in my bones that Bush and Cheney and the rest of them are liars, and do not care about the great majority of americans and believe that anything they want they can try to jam down our throats..while making their fat cat rich friends richer. The war is a travesty and unnecessary drain on our resources, while they casually with a straight face say there is not enough money for health care or social security or education. In my book, they are sheer evil..no worst than Bin Laden.

You won't get facts because there aren't any. Those answering here for his impeachment are still just giving you conclusions based on opinion.

He has broken the 4th ,5th , 6th , 7th , and 8th Amendments to the constitution .
Its just that simple .
He violated his oath of office to defend the constitution and has sought to change every word of it to suit his own needs .

I do not support impeaching Bush...if he wasn't there, Democrats would not be setting up for a sweep of both houses of Congress and the Presidency in '08.

You can’t ask those people for facts. That is insane. They are completely incapable of offering facts. Loudmouthed opinions they have in spades, but facts are beyond their ability to present.

BUSH LIED AND PEOPLE DIED!!
That's evidence right?
Never mind the satellite pictures of massive truck convoys heading to Syria (carrying WMD's most likely). And never mind the fact that Saddam took in the blind Sheik (bombed the WTC in 93. (remember?) and protected him from American prosecution (harboring an al-Qaeda terrorist.)
