i mean three base pair contain one amino acid. so 60 base pair contain 20 amino acid then why 61?

Eh? 61 nucleotide triplets will code for 61 AAs, not 20. Each triplet codes for a particular acid (or start or stop codon, as the case may be). 60 individual nucleotides would make up 20 triplets, which would code for 20 AAs, but that isn't what you were asking about.

triplets are 3. chains are suometimes composed of 30 nucliotides thus 61 will give u 30. 20x30=60. extra at end
