If this is your first baby, and you are planning on more, I would wait untill after you are done. If you are young, and carefull to only gain about 30 pounds with your pregnancy, (that is all that is necessary) you should have no problems losing the weight, especially if you breast feed, and eat right, and exercise after the baby is born. I popped right back in to shape after my first 2, and they were both above 8 lbs, and I am a small person. My third child weighed 10 pounds and was 24 inches long, so it was a little longer before I got back in shape, and I got a lot of stretch marks with that one. I did ok until I hit my 40's, and my Thyroid gland pooped out on me, causing me to gain an extra 20 lbs, which has been difficult to lose again. (I don't think the hormones help either at my age, lol) Now... I could consider a tummy tuck and a boob lift, except, there is such a high incidence of breast cancer in my family, I am scared to get implants. The tummy tuck, would be more to hide the darn stretch marks than anything, and the boob lift, would just be nice, since gravity has had it's way with me, even though I have always worn good bras. I could also get off my lazy butt and start exercising again, but it's hard to get motivated.
As far as the cost of these procedures, ect... you have to do your research, and make sure you find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, who is competent. It is your body he is messing with, and I would sure not want someone who was inexperienced working on me. I have seen a lot of screw ups, where the women almost died from infections, or had to have repeat surgeries, because the implants shift, etc... So you really have to be carefull. Don't let the oversees scams get you. It is a lot cheaper, but you get what you pay for if you know what I mean.
The third option, of course is to do nothing. Believe it or not, your husband will still love you, even if your boobs are a little saggier, and your tummy is not as firm as you would like it to be. I wasted a lot of good years, thinking I didn't look good, when I actually did, and then when i did gain the extra 20 lbs, I got mad at myself for wasting all that time, when I could have worn 2 piece bathing suits, and short shirts, etc... Just another thing to think about.

Have her watch the movie "america the beautiful" she may come to her senses after she sees how many people die each year from cosmetic surgery. If she wants her body to look better, she should use the money she would've spent on surgery to buy a gym membership and healthy organic food. Then not only will she look better, but she'll feel better too. You can help her out by planning to work out with her, and be there to support her. Also tell her that you love her how she is, and that you don't want a stupid thing like anesthesia to end her life. Tell her that to you she always looks beautiful. You could have fun working out with her too. Spinning, yoga, and pilates are all really fun classes and very good for you. your local ymca will offer these, and i'm sure that most gyms do too. Swimming and crosscountry skiing get you out and feeling revitalized. Also help her by cooking healthy meals for the both of you, and by assesing your health as well. In the end, if she's nixed the tummy-tuck and lipo, but still wants the breast augmentation, tell her that you love her how she is, and you are proud of her for coming this far, and use all of your old arguments, and if she still wants it then let her.

Figure between 6 and 10 for the breast work (pre-op to post-op), and another 2 or 3 for the tummy tuck. Generally, you get what you pay for, but DO YOUR RESEARCH on the best doctors in the area. Find people who have had the same work done and ask them who their doctor was, whether they'd go back, et cetera.

They have an excellent source of information for both types of surgery.
Costs depends on surgeon, location, and amount.
