The Rosetta Stone is a good start for building vocabulary (I used this to learn a bit of Korean). You can demo it for free on the website: http://www.rosettastone.com/

Assimil has been around for ages and they are famous for audio exercises and a workbook, but I'm sure they have software out there that would help. http://www.languagequest.com/home/product.php?prodCode=ANFWECD&lang=French

Move to Quebec. Learn French. Or go to jail by the Language Police.
