I have a few. 1. Towards the end of Shawshank Redemption when they show Andy's escape plan. 2. The three-way shootout at the end of The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. 3. The hallway fight scene in Inception. 4. The end of Memento. 5. Joker's "social experiment" with the boats in The Dark Knight (yes, I'm a Chris Nolan fanboy). 6. Mr. Blondes torture scene in Reservoir Dogs. 7. Aragorn's speech at the Black Gate. 8. Legolas killing the Olyphant crew. 9. Sam fighting Shelob. 10. YOU SHALL NOT PASS!!!!!! 11. Every other scene that stands out in LOTR. 12. Indiana Jones shooting the swordsman. 13. The first 10 minutes of Up. If I had to choose just one, it would probably be #1. Edit: Oldscholl and Abbie Kate, I love you both.

Seven:
The part when Morgan Freeman's character is in the library and the gaurds are on the second floor playing cards. He says to them "All of these books. A whole world of knowledge at your fingertips, and what you do? Play cards all night". The gaurds argue they have culture. Then one of the gaurds says "how's this for culture?" and he plays Bach's "Air" on the record player. While the music plays the two detectives continue their investigating. I really like this scene.
Heat:
The gunfight scene starting from the front of the bank is probably the best gunfight I've ever seen.
Matrix Reloaded:
The Traffic scene :)
Saving Private Ryan:
The whole opening scene to that movie was realistic and awesome.

Can't think of any true favorite at all...so many of them.
But one of my favorites was when Arnie first faced up to the Predator for the first time near the end of the 1st Predator movie. The whole scene between them two in the jungle...right up to where the bomb exploded...it was my fav action scene anyway.

Children of Men : Michael Caine's character and Clive Owen's character meet up after years of not seeing each other and they smoke strawberry flavored weed. Just the whole scene is great - the music choice, what they're talking about, where things are placed in the scene .... it's awesome.

I think I have to go with the last Lord of the Rings, when they all kneel for the Hobbits and the music reaches a crescendo, and the camera zooms out. Awesome feeling.
Close runner up: Pan's Labyrinth. Lot of cool scenes.
After that: Kill Bill (when the lady opens the door and Uma just punches her)

Animal house: During the toga party, dude (possibly D-day) is sitting on the stairs surrounded by other hippy-types, singing that awful "If I had a cherry" song and playing the guitar. Bluto (John Belushi) wanders drunkenly down the stairs, does a brief deadpan toward the camera, listens for a moment, then grabs the guitar and smashes it against the wall. Then he hands what's left of the guitar back and goes "oh...sorry". Classic!!!
