With enough medical intervention, there is NOTHING a woman can do that a man cannot. Especially now that uterine transplants for the purposes of pregnancy have been performed.
On the flipside, even with no medical intervention, there is NOTHING that ALL women can do that NO man can. Not all women can have sex, children, lactate, low centres of balance, low muscle mass, or any number of other things.
It goes even further than that, though. There are individuals that beg the question of what, exactly, IS a woman or a man. The answer is less clearly defined than you may think. The Olympics has been trying for years to figure out a way to determine who is female and who is not to prevent men from competing in women's events... and even with all of medicine to help them make that determination they fail (I can only recall two who have been known to try, and I believe they both snuck through and competed).

Besides have children? Not much. Women are (and always have been) pretty much as capable as men. But the child rearing aspect of the female put her in a particular 'niche' in most (maybe all) societies and they're just now starting to get out of it.
You -GO- girls.

Become pregnant and give birth, but you knew that, I hope.
Some jobs are limited to women - day care providers generally insist that women change diapers on infants, for instance, and Girl Scout Troop Leaders have to be women.
Is that what you meant?
