why was it suspended, i'm curious

When they suspend an account, they provide a link for replying so, if you've tried that with no success, I suggest that you click on the word "Forum" in the upper righthand part of the screen then, when it takes you to the next page, click where it says "Appeal Notice of Violation." There, you will see LOTS of people have had their accounts unfairly suspended but you can post your appeal.
A lot of folks are getting suspended for no reason. Even more are getting notices of violation that are not justified. Appealing is usually useless, Jane from the Yahoo Answers Team is either pretty dumb or just an automated program because she gives "canned" responses that 9 times out of 10 don't address the issue. This new person they have, "Lou," isn't much better.
I am recommending that everyone that is being treated unfairly please report it to the FCC:

There are allegations that Yahoo is racist and targeting minorities. If you are a minority, please state so in your complaint

It sure seems that some of us are being targeted.
It appears that you have to really maintain absolute political correctness and then some, to survive the sharks that swim in the Yahoo sea.
Forget trolls, they are usually self destructing fools anyway but these killer sharks often posing as dolphin are getting too much power and control,if only there was someway of culling them......The Yahoo team is not a lot of help if you manage to get an answer it will come months after you make the query,I found that out from first hand experience. Having a contact number helps but there is only so much they can do as the guidelines are really so open to interpretation.
Take the use or misuse of foreign languages for instance.
Many of the words that I have come to use in my everyday interactions are Arabic although I am basically English speaking and I have found this creeps into my answers at times.
Should I then be given a violation notice for using Arabic on an English speaking site?
The answer if we follow the guideline is, yes!
It is political correctness gone crazy!
So, Last Pharaoh it is good to see you have at least made it here in the Amenti newly resurrected and ready to rule again.LOL

Sorry.............. My condolences then..
But ..why that??? have you been reported by someone??
It is happening in almost all the categories last weeks. As Yahoo has some morons reporting everybody now, when they dont like the questions or the replies , they notify yahoo and........voilá !!!
Nothing more needed.
Make a note to Yahoo if you are interested in get your account back. That doesnt mean that they will give it back to you, but at least you can tell them what you think.
Anyways.....Good luck with the new account.

keep your questions answers private apart from to your contacts and check their question and answers before you accept them; malesh at least we all know who you are, start to worry when you end up with as many hair styles as gigi these days, madonna has nothing on our gigi's style avatars one time her hair is black, the next time blonde, brown... I cant keep up.
