I've been in 14 major accidents and 6 minor ones. Not a single one was my fault. I was ALWAYS in the right but they still happened.
The last one was hitting a semi head on at 55 because he turned right into me. You just need to realize life happens and there is nothing you can do about it. If you are going to be in an accident, you will be in one. Why worry about that which you can't change.
I know I was destined to be hit because in one of them I was the third car in line at a stop sign and I was still hit head on. The first two cars got hit in a multi car accident and were knocked clear. That left me open for the guy who just got clipped and was unable to steer because his wheel was folded under, to hit me head on. after that one, I knew it was fate. The day I got hit by the semi, I avoided TWO others that tried to hit me. The third one got me.
You can delay destiny but you can't change it. That is why I no longer worry about it.

Sounds like the writing is on the wall. Aside from your astronomical car insurance rate- if they haven't already dropped you that is- you now have a mental complex. You have 2 options: 1- Enroll in a driving school, I highly recommend AAA Driving School, it's worth the money and 2- You are not meant to drive. Consider taking public transportation (if available) or carpooling. Don't put yourself and other drivers at risk anymore. Check out the website below.

You've had several accidents? your afraid to drive? Sounds like you you shouldn't and your a danger to other drivers on the road. Besides the fact that your insurance is through the roof, that being if anyone will insure you. Get a bicycle.

I know just how you feel! I have had several accidents myself and it seems every time I get in my car any more someone pulls out in front of me! WE have to drive though and we have to get around to place to place. I watch where I go any more though. I do not like to get in an area where I know the traffic is a lot worse. I take roads that are not traveled as much. It may be the longer way around to get some place but it does make me feel better. I am a lot more cautious and watch other driver more closely too.

I would suggest taking a driving course. You will have an instructor to tell you what you are doing wrong and what needs to be worked on. Practice driving and especially work on things you are doing wrong.

I am sure it must be rough but if you do not conquer your fair and say I can do this psyche yourself out and say you can do this............
Also not sure if the accidents you had were your fault but you could take a defensive driving class even before I started driving it helped me immensely plus it gives you cheaper car insurance and if you got points from your accident it will remove a few points as well :)))

Forget about the 'defensive driving' bit and drive 'offensively'. It works for me ☺
