A sexual orientation is simply a preference for a certain type of sexual activity. As the long list shows, sexuality is incredibly malleable; it is a drive, not an instinct. People learn to enjoy and prefer many types of sexual activity, sometimes exclusively of all other preferences.
The question becomes, which sexual orientation brings the potential real happiness? An orientation toward heterosexual monogamy in genuine marriage, favored by most people, all enduring cultures, and all religions, enables the deepest intimacy, the most delightful sex, the establishment of stable families, and greater wealth, health, and happiness.

There are only four accepted sexual orientations; heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual or asexual.
Everything else in your (ridiculously long) list is a paraphilia, or fetish (with the exception of transsexualism ["Gender Identity Disorder"] which is a congenital neurological condition).

As far as I am aware there is several sexual orientations. Some of which you did have in the list:
Hetrosexual, Homosexual (gay and lesbian), bisexual, polysexual, asexual, and autosexual.
Everything else that you had on the list were sexual preferences or fetishes but not orientation.

The clue's in the name, Bruce. -sexuality = sexual orientation. -phile indicates a sexual attraction but not necessarily an exclusive orientation. -ism indicates an action alone and not someone's orientation but merely an action that they enjoy.
Does this make sense to you? A sexual orientation is not merely based on what turns you on but who you are attracted to in a 'romantic' way.
What's with the page numbers though? Can we say ctrl+c,ctrl+p?

Any of those in which it is that and only that that is capable of arousing an individual, can be considered an orientation for that person.
