I tried to look them up and am having no luck. They are not brown recluse spiders I am certain. We live in East Texas so they are probably common to this area. They are about the size of a pinky nail legs and body and the front legs are longer than the others. They have a bigger rounded back. If you may know what kind they are please help me.

They could just be house spiders. I have the same thing in my house and they don't bother me. I also hear from a lot of people that spiders keep other bugs from hurting you, so unless you have visible proof of them hurting anyone, then i would leave them alone.
