Sure you can. But it will likely take a lot longer and you stand the chance of having the debt erased because you don't know what you're doing.

have you sent the post-judgement demand letter?

Have you done an asset search?

Does the state in which the debtor reside allow for a foreign judgement to be entered against local assets?

Does the debtor have any non-exempt assets that you can procure a lien against?

Yes.

You can ask the judge to attach their wages.

You can sell it to a judgement recovery service.

If it is a business, you might be able to have the Sherrif collect.
