Umaga - Seems to be a decent worker, knows his limitations and strengths. Could be the next ... dare i say ... Meng/Haku. The only problem is the he is Vince's Lackey and not the Samoan Bulldozer.
Needs a mouthpiece that isnt named Vince McMahon, say Shane McMahon - Especially after he got the Big Show over at WM16.
Great Khali - This guy is a great wrestler for REAL, but like most WWE guys is watered down. Ive seen the GK do a missile friggin dropkick from the top rope before in Japan.
Like Umaga knows his limitations and strengths.
Snitsky - He works hard at making his character 'scary'. The only problem is that he is to generic - He needs hair or even a mask to give him a 'look'. His ability is questionable.
Mark Henry - Poor guy, a great athlete who can work a good match. Decent on the mic but injuries have basically killed his career. Could have been so much more.

Umaga- Good wrestler that should've never been separated from Armando Alejandro Estrada. Ever since Umaga became a face for a moment, watching his character is weird. The WWE seems to just throw Umaga in places rather than have him in one decent rivalry. His character's goodness got killed by Cena and Lashley, as well as Vince McMahon
The Great Khali- I will not speak about this guy; you probably know how much I hate Khali in wrestling
Snitsky- Horrible monster character and underused as well. Am I the only one that thinks a Pumphandle Slam shouldn't be a "monster" character's finisher? I anticipate him being released soon.
Mark Henry- I agree he has little sense of wrestling ethic. He could've been good with Melina by his side, and he had good character on SmackDown before his latest injury. However, he came back and went against mostly jobbers. Henry's the type of character that needs a manager like Theodore Long or J. J. Biggs.

Umaga - Used the same way most of the Smona guys are used. It gets old very quickly. Main reason I dont care for him. The moves are all the same.
The Great Khali - I like this guy, you have to remember The Giant was not much more then this guy and everyone loved him. It is the language part that I see most people dont like
Snitsky - Big strong guy but not used very well. Colored his teeth for the part and WWE didnt even need to ask him.
Mark Henry - Is a waste, he snd the big show were asked to lose some weight a few years back. Not to much room in the WWE for big guys the fans seem to like the high flying moves

Umaga - Was a great monster heel until he had to job to Triple H. Had a great streak going and knows how to work really well.
Great Khali - Dull, boring, dangerous. Give him the axe.
Snitsky - Squash match junkie. If they are not going to use him, send him to Smackdown/ECW, team him with Big Daddy V and let them go after the Tag Titles.
Mark Henry - Waste of time in the main event picture. You can't drop him so maybe team him up with Snitsky and V and start the Oddities again.
That is my opinion.

Umaga - didn't like him at first, but now I think he one of Raw's top stars. He hung in there when everyone was getting hurt and really sold the character. This was before the suspension of course.
The Great Khali - didn't like him at first and still don't like him. But I can tolerate him now.
Snitsky - pointless, but the guy did dye his teeth yellow. Who else is that dedicated to their character?
Mark Henry - if someone good would have gotten hold of him when he first came in and he could have stayed healthy, he would have had a great career. That didn't happen so.....waste of oxygen works for me

Khali-better actor than wrestler (The Longest Yard)
Snitsky-worse than the first gimmick
Mark Henry-reminds me of the Predator with those braids.

Umaga: wasted potential. he could be doing so much more than he is right now. he's vince's puppy. that's so lame. he could be a real competitor right now.
The Great Khali: he is dangerous. i agree. and he's a stale gimmick. if they aren't going to change his story and character, then he needs to go to ecw and suck with the rest of them.
Snitsky: again, wasted potential. he could be a great fighter, team up with or feud with kane. they're pretty much the same character with different looks.
Mark Henry: why is he so wet all the time? and why is he still around? its over. go be a trainer or something cause right now, his character sucks. he's not even an impressive fighter to watch anymore.
