It would be improper.
She may be 'left wing' based on US politics, but in Western Europe, she would be considered to be right wing. In the UK (with a socialist government) her policies and views would put her in the main right wing party.

Its not the usual form of address in the US, so it will be seen as an attempt to portray her as having a communistic bent.
What it will also show is that you have an unusual and possibly terroristic bent since so few regular people use that form.
Only someone with an unhealthy interest in communism would use that term.

IF she is elected, man that just left a bad taste in my mouth, it would be inappropriate, at least in official proceedings, to call her anything but Mrs. President. Unofficially, you can call her anything you like. The libs call President Bush dummy, moron, hitler, murderer, fascist, etc. They are not concerned about what is appropriate unless it is official business. Hillary would be the worst possible choice in US history for President

Hilary does want to institute communism.
Proof:
Her recent call for "shared responsibility" and "economic imbalances."
Let's elect hillary and let another clinton make a joke out of the whitehouse.
