i was given a bad review at my shop, will someone else review it again after a while?

Yep, they should if you keep your business going. It might take awhile though, considering these visits are random occurrences.
A tip for next time to tell when reviewer comes by is to try and watch all your customers carefully. There is no dress code of for particular reviewer so it might be a little tricky to spot if your business if booming. The only way you can tell is they occasionally pull out a sheet and write down notes. When you see this happening you should focus most of your attention on them. If they enjoy your business then you will get a good review!

After a while, yes. I had one review, it was positive, and no one ever came back that I know of. It might be a long time because I think you have to deal with some negative effects from your review.
