I don't, while psychologically or emotionally comforting, praying is basically talking to yourself.

It depends on the reason for my prayer. But usually to the Goddess & God. But, I do believe that all religions are praying to the same Universal energy no matter what name they call him/her. We were all made so differently, is there any wonder we have so many different takes on the same subject? It just makes life more interesting and wonderful. As long as we all have understanding for our fellow humans that don't think just like we do.

The Goddess, the fey, the spirit guides and guardians, just depends on what the prayer is. Praying for the earth or the world and all its people. Help with finding lost items. For understanding and clarity. To praying for loved ones for healing when they are sick or to help them through difficult junctures in their life as well as my family. When ever prayer is needed and to honor those that have answered my prayers as well as a thank you prayer daily so that I may continue to help while I am still here on earth.

"all that is" is suppose. I don't "pray" for anything in particular. I just try to be in a focused state of pure compassion and love. That is how Tibetan monks "pray"...and it seems to me to be a beautiful thing to do. :)

This method was also in the "Isiah" scrolls. Check out "The Isiah Effect" by Greg Braden. Amazing stuff. :)

Umm...depends on what purpose I'm praying for. It's no different than me just talking, but I just talk to the universe in general. They all look out for me, even when I have my doubts. lol My poor poor spirit guides. haha They put up with so much.
