Yahoo News has the above headline, but once you read the story you find out that the American helicopter attacked a group of men planting IED's and fired on them, then they chased them into a house, which was then destroyed. Of the 11 killed, 6 were supposedly civilians.
Who's fault was this----the Iraqi who took refuge among civilians? Will the pilots of the helicopter be court-martialed. Will Murtha, Kerry, Reid, and Polosi call our troops murderers from the floor of Congress?

The Al Queda cowards cause the death of Iraqi civilians. These people hide behind women and children and cause the death of their own people who are civilians. Do they not care for anyone? Mother and fathers send their children off with bombs strapped to them to get killed for their cause. An American father would strap the bomb on himself before he would his son or daughter.
The mentality of the radical Islamic terrorists is evil and of the devil himself. The devil is destroying these people daily for the religion of Islam created by the devil.
Our American soldiers can't help but shoot civilians when the civilians are thrown in the line of fire by their own people. Our soldiers know how to win wars. They don't know how to play Osama bin Laden games. Polosi, Reid, Kerry, and Murtha need to keep their mouth shut about our soldiers if they can't say something good. America will not stand for our soldiers being court martialed during war.
Don't fight a war Congress if you don't plan on winning it. You bunch of cowardly congressmen need to get behind these troops and behind this war and WIN IT. It is far bigger than one little country called Iraq. It is by far the old Babylonian Empire.

When a bomb explode with 500 Ilbs of explosive it does not discriminate between friend and foe. If there were civilians close by then it was collateral damage. But no-doubt those that are inclined to hate the US will take the ball and run with it. But since it is close to election time no one in Congress is going to say anything. Once the democrats increase their majorities in congress and take the white house then all bets are off.

Let them sound off (in a soundproof room) to only the Jury, the Lawyers & the Judge. It's the business of no one else until it's over. Then everyone can read the transcripts and Monday morning Quarterback from there. Put a "gag order" on the media until it's over to eliminate influences of outside opinion, either way. If it turns into an all network Media Circus ... it's a sham, and in no way ... justice.
