according to mum.. i have a major attitude problem
but in my oppinion .. its just as every other teenagers
mum gets would up soooo easily! eg. today i told her my school uniform was comfy and helped me concentrate and she said : watch your attitude or i'll cancel you netball trip!
.. i later asked how she was feeling and she replied 'get out of my f*cking face! i dont like manipulators!
i was like huh?
she has a really stressful job and shes only actually nice and calmwhen she has a drink.. even though in my oppinion, school is just as stressful
how can i stay under the radar as my 8 year old pain-in-the-neck brother does? becasue its upsetting me being pulled up for none existent --> little attitude problem!

Sounds like your mom has a problem more than you do.
If she has a "really stressful job", then I can promise you it's far more stressful than school. The consequences of a mistake in a stressful job can be a lot greater than a mistake at school, after all. She might be running a little rough.
You need to honestly decide if there are things you're doing that really do suggest a bad attitude. Maybe the things you talked about were harmless, but if your mom is used to you back talking or carrying an attitude, then maybe anything you say comes across poorly.
You may want to catch her when she's in a good / relaxed mood (but NOT after too many drinks) and try talking to her. Tell her you try to be a good kid, but you don't understand what she expects, and admit being confused.
Good luck.

Aren't you the unlucky one. First off, the workplace can be way more stressful than school, especially if she's feeling out of her depth or really under a lot of pressure from her boss to get too much work done in too short a time. You mom may not even be aware of the way she's treating you.
You may well be in a no win situation, if you say something it will be mis-interpreted and if you say nothing you'll be in the doghouse for bad attitude, so either way you're gonna cop it.
A couple of things may help, start helping out round the house more, doing things without being asked; Just make sure you do it 100% right or she'll yell at you even more. If she asks why you're doing more around the house simply say, because you want to and here's no hidden agenda all i'm trying to do is help you out as you are always stressed and yelling at me for no reason.

I'd say t o tell your mom the thing about the uniform and everything else you wanna tell her when she is in a good mood. Apparently something is stressing her out (wheter it's the job, life, or whatever) and she just needs a break. Offer to watch your little brother so she can relax for a little while a few days outta the month.

Maybe if you keep talking to your mother and try to take to her the most when she is in a good mood or has had a little to drink she might come around. Asking her if she needs help around the house or you doing a little work around the house without her telling you might get her to appreciate you more. Talking to your school counselor for advice may give you a professional idea on how to handle the situation.

Sounds like your MOM is the one with the attitude problem. You said that 'she seems better after a drink'...ur mom may have a drinking problem, and this is being fueled by her stressful job. She should seek help for your addictions. Good luck to you.

It sounds like you are not able to do anything right according to your mom. I am so sorry. Maybe you need to just keep to yourself for awhile until things blow over. Let her start the conversations don't be rude by not talking to her but any major talk let her start. Thank her for what she does and hang out with your brother this way you are both out of her line of fire. Good luck

Sounds like your mom has some underlying issues she needs to take care of and you just happen to be the kicking post when she's stressed at the moment. And drinking to make her calm is not the way to go either.
