Swear out a complaint to the police, get it on record that she has threatened you. Once the police officially qestion her, she'll move on to someone else I guarantee it.
Call them right now. "I've been threatened with assault, I want to file a complaint, send an officer to..."
There's no reason for you to put up with that. And once there is a record of a complaint, if she so much as touches you, she goes to juvenile hall.

well, as i was a part of victim of bully back then in high school, nothing you can say or ask for help can make that b1tch shut their as$!!
fight!!!
i am not provoking you or anything, but cos i had been through same phase so i know what to do, and seems that your problem have arise to its limit!
its not an easy thing to do and you need a more courage then you think, but once you did it, oh men it feel so good!!! and you be more confident and this will take you high for your whole life; cos not many people realize this that bully is something brutal and can affect your attitude when you are growing adult, trust me!!
so when ever they start bully or calling names or pushing, something they did with physical did the same thing!!!
okay, once i had this sworn enemies in school, he is sick and stupid just cos he is rich so he treated all like ****!
so one day after spending the whole week in the house, i go to school and change my whole life!! (i am not joking!!)
well actually i got this idea and courage from watching 'fight club',weird i know; but no one can give me so much strenghth liek it did!
well, so i went to school and there he was standing and when he saw me approcahing he started his *** bullying!
i ignore him the first time, cos i thought it was still morning!
but he wont stop, he bully me, call me sissy and all crap, so i was very angry and i push him by running my body towards him, he fell 1 meter ahead, then i ran towrds him and sit on him, and well like the movie type, i pucnh him again and again, until the principle came, and BOOM!!!
i was suspended for 3 weeks, but i gave him a **** that he will never forget, so after that i come to understandment that i am worthed and i am special!! i swear!!
i came the next month, and the rest is history, sure he sometimes still bully me (can you imagine that?!), but just for a few times and not permanently!! pheww, that feels good, gal!
even i have lil sis, she is in grade 6 now, she was beeing bullied again and again by her friends, and i tell her to be brave and one day, men she slap the hell out of that *****!
but well now they are close friend, weird??
so i think the best solution is to fight, stand tall gal, and remeber take any consequences, no pain no gain!!!
good luck!

I know that your only 13, but you need to speak up for yourself and make sure that the Dean is doing his job.
Make an appointment, and tell him something like.
"I need something to be done. I need someone to protect me, so I can have a safe environment to learn. I can't concentrate on my studies when I have to worry about this girl hurting me every second."
See if he and the counselor and both your parents can sit down with you and this girl to have a real conversation about how this is hurting you. At this time your just some girl to pick on, make her know who you are.
I know if I found out my daughter was being a bully I would make her like very unhappy at home until she improved her behavior!

keep missing school and it will get worse you will end up in juvenile detention go to the cops have your parents request a meeting with this other girl and her parents
confront her ask her why shes mean to you and ask her if shes ok. you will be surprised at how far how are you goes, i was bullied and when i asked her how she was it stopped, she broke down in tears and told me she was being hurt at home i took her to the guidance counselor for help she died a week later took her own life the school followed up but didnt believe her so she took a bunch of pills. not saying your bully will but try talking to her, if that doesnt work tell every teacher you come in contact with and call the cops

don't let no one Scare you
you will have bullies all your life you can not run and hide
if you r going to fight and you don't know how you will fight and get beat you might at this point be so pissed you beat her that is never something you should look out to do but
if you have done everything that might be an option you might have to face.
you need to hold your head up High
don't let know one know they scare you because you are giving them the power take it back and say enough is enough
get a back bone and stand up for yourself.
try to make some friends or
tell your parents to transfer you to a neighboring school
if you do fight be careful and punch dont slap or pull hair

Take it to the police, if you've missed 15 days of school that's a red flag that something needed to be done a long time ago. If they won't deal with it try and get everyone aware of the problem so you have plenty of people who will know what's up and if it's one against many she'll leave you alone.

Your parents need to be the sqeaky wheel and go to the school and b**ch and b**ch until someone does something to resolve this. This girl should be warned and suspended from school if she doesn't let up. The police should be notified and perhaps speak to this girls parents. Maybe they could charge her with harrassment or stalking. NO ONE should be made to feel unsafe in their school. Another option, is there any way you could be moved to another school district where you could be more comfortable? If you have no friends at the school you"re attending, you have nothing to lose and you could have a fresh start.

Ignore her. Or if she is verbally abusing you too, just say "Thanks! You know what, I am a ______(Whatever she called you)"
I am homeschooled, so I dont really know about this, but this is what I would do...
Oh yeah, or put like a tape recorder in your pocket, and then people will believe that she really is doing this!
