On two occasions during sex the condom split (2 weeks ago first time, 1 week ago second time), however my boyfriend didnt ejaculate inside me, on either occasions. I havent really had any pregnancy symptoms, apart from upper back pain but i have a dodgy back anyway. My period is due this week, today in fact if my cycle is 28 days but my cycle does vary. Last month it was 33 days. Im not really having many period symptoms either, but i dont get many anyway. With my worrying nature, i took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. It hasnt given me full piece of mind as i think i did the test too early. Should i take another if my period doesnt come? As i say my cycle varies, i have been a bit stressed recently, have my up and downs anyway.
Any advice would be great, im due to start the mini pill (cant have combined for several reasons) on the first day of my period, before you say dont just use condoms!

It's too early to detect right now. Give it another week and take another test. Try not to stress about it because it can delay your period. If you are that worried you can go to the doc in a few days and they can draw your blood which can tell earlier than a regular test.

Most HPT's can now detect hCG (human chorionic gondotropin) 4-5 days before your missed period. If you tested today (with early morning urine, the most concentrated kind) and came back negative, then you most likely aren't pregnant.
You can re-test if you haven't seen anything in another few days, but it wasn't too early to test.

im going through a similar thing myself at the moment, i think you should give it another week. at least until 16 days past the last time you had sex, as you will get a definate positive or negative by then. good luck.

Leave it a few more days if you can bare it, otherwise you're just stressing yourself even more.
