The thing is Birth Control can make your periods regular but there are down sides.
-Weight Gain
-Increased risk of Breast Cancer
-Mood swings
and
-Depression

I would suggest thinking twice about the Pill, To help regulate your periods, try doing gentle exercises, Drinking more water and having a well balanced diet.

Hope i helped

Birth control of one form or another is the only thing that works. THere is nothing else that works. Have you considered the patch or the nuva ring if you don't want to try the pill?
