If you go down to the woods today, you're sure of a big surprise,
For every troll that ever there was, will gather there for certain because,
today's the day the trolls will have their picnic!!!
(sung to the tune of "Teddy Bears picnic")
I'm sooo sorry you were introduced to our troll, or trool as I prefer to call them. Rhymes with stool and you know where they come from!!!
That's the spirit girl. Keep it coming. YAY for you!!!

Melissa someone either thinks you are chatting or using bad words. Often it is just a troll. Someone who does not like a group of regulars who ask and answer. The troll when then report everytime you pose. It helps to keep your Q's and A's private so only your contacts can see them. Trolls often go back and report Q/A's that have all ready been answered and are back in your history.
I suggest reading back a few pages and watching what other popular contributors have had done to them.

It means someone(s) has hit that 'report abuse' button because they feel you violated Y/A community guidelines or that you are being targeted. Please do as S.C. says and make your question and answers private. That's what most of us have had to do because someone can go through and report all of your past questions/answers. You can get your account suspended if you get enough of them, I don't know the exact number. I wish G.W. was here, he could explain it much better.

you can appeal the violation if you would like to. Read the community guidelines for the rules and you may see why your question was removed.

the only way to get rid of these report trolls, is to appeal every violation, the violation is then reviewed and if you are being targeted their account is then suspended.
It is against community guidelines to report just for the purpose of reporting, and it is against community guide lines to target a specific user and report them.
trolls seem to thing that they are enhancing their standing with the community by doing this reporting.
this is totally false, and they will lose their account for doing this.
we all need to be fighting these trolls, and the way to do this is to appeal every violation.

Well, according to Yahoo - too many violations and they either suspend you or take away all of your Yahoo accounts including email/groups etc

Welcome to the club, I have 5 violations so far! Very innocuous questions and answers to. including "welcome back". and "What would you bring to a birthday party", very silly things, but don't feel badly, just appeal them as I have done. Not that they did anything to solve the situation, but I felt like I did something.

Just a sign of the times -- being violated isn't even newsworthy anymore.

Someone asked for an OPINION and I answered with MY opinion and got a violation. hmmmmm
Someone admitted to be a habitual lawbreaker and I commented on her audacity to be a habitual lawbreaker and her arrogance for bragging about it...and got a violation notice. hmmmmm
