Remind him. It can be something as simple as asking him what he's getting you for your birthday on Saturday, etc.
Men don't remember dates. I have to buy b-day presents for my bf's neice and he absolutely adores her, he just can't remember the date. No big deal, just remind him.

systematic guessing? If it takes you 5 seconds for each try and hitting the back button you are finished in 365 * 5 = 1825 seconds or a bit more than half an hour - faster than any customer service :) that is if you at least got the correct year chekc for common mistakes first like mixing day and month number - if your bd. is June 5 check also the May 6 If it is entered with dropdown your first checks go on one up/down the correct birthday and the default (first on list)

i had an ex that thought i was 21 for 6 years straight. he still never knew my middle name. some men just need a little push. give him a calendar with pictures of you as a present. circle you birthday date. get his phone and mark it as an appointment so he gets a reminder one week in advance then the day before. set yourself up on an internet birthday reminder list so he will get an e-mail reminding him. it's not such a huge deal unless you want it to be.

You should talk to him.
I didn't mention it to my guy when he forgot mine...then he realized a few weeks later because it was mentioned when I was checking into the hospital. He asked why didn't I say something...I just told him that I shouldn't have to remind people who say they care about me that its my birthday. If that is the case then I'd just rather forget it myself because it makes me feel horrible. We'll see if he remembers this coming year.
I tend to forget lots of things...but I prefer to be conscientious of other peoples feelings and at least acknowledge their birthdays...it just a kind way of letting them know you are glad that they were born and in your life.

That is not much of a problem to base a breakup on. If you really love this person then that won't matter to you. If it bothers you that much, you must not love him for the right reasons.
If you really want him to know then find subtle ways to remind him the week before up to and including having a friend tell him.
Good Luck

Everyone has their faults, even you. You just have to decide what you can live with in your relationship. If that's all he does and he's a great guy otherwise then I wouldn't worry about it. If he can't remember ANYTHING then he actually may have another problem and should see a Dr. :) good luck.

umm personally its not that the end of the world....is he good to you? not that this is an excuse here but reality is men suck with dates.....I have been married for 16yrs and I am the one that keeps track of family B-days he cant even remember his own Mothers.....get a calender and write your B-day on it...talk to him tell him that it bothers you when he forgets ask him to be a little more considerate..but to break up with some one over this I think is a little extreme

Don't feel too bad. My husband of 8 years still cant remember mine nor our children's. My dad's the same way. Believe it or not the majority of men have this same problem.

My wife forgot mine last year and we've been together for 11 years. She STILL can't remember it if you ask her.
Not sure if it's the end of the world there, missy....
