What can WE do to change things............?

Question

In two recent questions I asked here earlier, the responses were dismal and dim. I asked 'what is the future of our nation'? And then also asked, 'what is the future of our world?' Most, if not all, answers seem to hold out little hope for our beloved world and nation. This third question is double......do you think there is any hope? and.......what do you think OUR part is in helping this old world, and our wonderful nation? Are we doing out part ???

I think there is still hope in this world, even if we don't really know who it is. I think we should never really give up our hope either because this is our world too, and I know the people care for their own well being right? Our part in this world you can never tell either. Just be faithful and lead a rightous life and live to the fullest. Someday we will know our true purpose and fulfill that purpose before we die, the only trouble is we need to find it on our own. If any one of you feel like you have fallen out of the circle of life because you have no purpose you are wrong, everyone has a purpose, if we didn't why are we here? Did God (if u are of another religion fill in the blanks^_^) put us here so we can fill out space?, of ocurse not! SO we all have a hidden purpose in our lives and we all have hope, even if some people choose to keep it hidden.

I feel there is no hope because it would take effort on everyones part. People are too involved in their own lives to actually do anything out of the norm like making this country better in any way. People recycles cans and paper....really what does that help? 10% of the world is recyling...We are still driving our cars, china and their millions of people with their unregulated factories.
There is no hope because people talk and talking is not helping anyone
There is still many killings, drug use, rape...until humans are gone willl there ever be a wonderful nation

We have an elected government which has, for the most part, turned a deaf ear to the will of the majority of the people, but with all senses devoted entirely to minorities who certainly seem to place their own best interest ahead of this nation's. I know how very radical this sounds, but I would truly love to see a one million man march on Washington wherein each man (or woman) carried a rifle!

Probably the best way is for all people to be open minded to change,compromise and/or resolution.

It'll be tough since some people refuse to even listen to another person's opinion.

We must continue to speak and not let our minds be numbed by all the lies of the devil and the ppl he operates thru.
Focus on God and His plan. WE have hope, our blessed hope is Jesus Christ. we have no reason to fear. WE do know how it will all turn out too, Read the BIBLE, its real clear. Those who try to remove God and Gods ppl will be destroyed. Jesus already has the victory, we just can tap into that or not. OUr choices deceice our destiny. Will we be with God in full victory? Or will we go the way of the world and be lost?
Our part now is to live the truths of GOd and to speak them, without fear or compromise. To tell the world about Jesus and Gods plan. and to stay in prayer as we do these things, KNOWING that Jesus is coming soon, and God will just deal with it all. Our job is to continue to have the character and mind of Christ, as we tell the gospel truths to the world, the good news. The good news is that we have a choice, because of Jesus, we can be saved. It is a choice tho Gift is free, but keeping it will have conditions. as you must continue to walk in the spirit and not the flesh.
HOPE???? Yes, our hope is Jesus Christ. Focus on Him, which is the solution and not all of the problems. Brings such joy and peace, even in the midst of a dark storm trying to come our way. God wont let it touch us, those that will love and obey Him. Obedience leads to blessing and disobedience leads to curse. All choice....
Our part is to live as God says and to show others it can be done and to keep on praying, even for our enemies. Pray for them to see truth in time, pray them a heart change, and to know the true knowledge and power of God.
Thats what God commands us to do. He is a loving GOD, and calls us to be the same. HE will deal with all those that arent of Him. Isnt it terrific that we dont have to. Just live truth ourselves and speak it. rest is up to God and HE has said the battle is already won. HE just waits to give those not of Him a little more time to come in, and then its done folks.
Pray Pray Pray.. Walk in the spirit. God is soo good.
Watch who you vote for too, really listen to their words, by their fruits, ACTIONS, God says we will know who they really are. THese ppl always show who they realy are, and then lets as Christians know who to vote for and not to vote for. There is power in numbers, remember.......
Lets fight the good fight of faith, and knows its already won.
WHen a nation turns its back on God in open rebellion, rest assured, God will bring that nation to their knees.
Just watch, and be praying.... Our hope is in Jesus Christ.

I believe God has the Answer, and He gives It to Us In 2 Chronicles 7:I4 .......IN HIS WORD............
"If MY PEOPLE, Which ARE CALLED BY MY NAME, Shall HUMBLE THEMSELVES, AND PRAY, And SEEK MY FACE, and TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS: THEN WILL I HEAR FROM HEAVEN, And WILL FORGIVE THEIR SIN, and WILL HEAL THEIR LAND!!!
