Ask him and if he wont then you pack his things set them out by the door and change the locks. If you have too you call the police if he gets out of hand.

Well it depends on how much work you want to do. If it were me and I really wanted him out. I would call over my mom and/or best friend pack up all his **** (doesn't have to be neat- put it in garbage bags) and when he comes home tell him that you want him out NOW. That you have tried and tried and you mean it. Have your mom and/or friend still there but not saying anything (they are for back up if it gets ugly). At this point he should have no reason to stay. Make him get his stuff and get out! You need to be strong. You can do it!

As a last resort if he still refuses- he is not on your lease and not welcome- so call the cops. It is trespassing and can be elevated to harassment and disorerly conduct if he continues to not leave and make a scene!

You are both fine examples of people that can't think past your last beer when it comes to being solid citizens.

Just make sure after he moves that you realize how foolish you really were, and how much growing up you both need to do. Its isnt all his fault. One small example is you let him move in, and never put him on the lease. That is enough for the landlord to immediately evict you, should they wish to.

Call the police tell them he is not on the lease...however keep in mind that IF your landlord learns you had someone living there and they weren't on the lease YOU can be evicted.

Set his possessions outside and change the locks. Unless he has proof that he's paid the rent, he's sol. If any bills have been paid out of his account it may get a bit more complicated. Need to contact the local justice of the peace for legal advice in your state if you don't want to pay for an attorney.

Since he is not on the lease, you don't have to let him stay. In that case he would be trespassing, and you can threaten to call the police. If he won't leave, make good on your threat.

Tell your landlord that he moved in and won't leave and ask to have the locks changed and have the police there to get him out when the locks are changed. you may want to file a restraining order at the same time so that he can not harass you there or anywhere else that you may see him.

Call the police and get a restraining order so that he cannot come back.
I would be careful about letting your landlord know though because of the fact that he is living with you and shouldn't be.

If he is not on your lease and is not married to you then he is a visitor, not a resident. It (usually) becomes trespassing. Phone the police if he won't leave.

Simply dump him. Tell him you aren't interested anymore, you don't care for him, and you cringe at the thought of him now. Who would stay around if they're not wanted...

If he does try to stay, then get the police involved (if you're really serious).
