Excellence is better than most everyone else. It's like a snowball. It grows bigger and bigger. You do little things right, then you grow with it, so that your style of being excellent becomes part of bigger and bigger things. Excellence is not settling. You never say "that's good enough." You always strive for something better.
The nature of excellence is like a bell curve and is present in all professions. There is a small % of bad people, a majority of average people, and a small % of really excellent people. Strive to be more than average.

achieving excellence...aye..
hmm....
if you are asking for excellence..here's what i could give you:
strive hard for what you are doing...
always do the best that you can....
be a better person that you are....
be optimistic(don't be such a pessimist, it will put you down...)
and stay as humble as you are...(be sure what note you blend in)
be sociable and approachable enough..so that others may view you that you deserve your place....(when excellence is already achieved)
...all of this i could say....i have applied it for my 16 year life...
and truly i am learning a lot...
