you can ask your mum to buy hair removal products,
i know it may be embarrassing but if its that bad she will understand also she may have a alternative idea

WAX it baby!! It only hurts for a second and it is very complete and effective. Make sure you don't buy something really cheap that will just break your face out use something that is natural. Shaving will not work, and plucking will take too long. Bleach will make your skin discolored - I think wax is the only solution. You can buy (depending on where you live) wax fairly inexpensive, but like I said make sure it is all natural or organic if not it may really hurt your sensitive skin. My 13 yr. old waxes.

Laser is NOT permamant even though they will try to tell you it is. Trust me I spent hundreds of dollars doing it and it's not. I am doing electrolysis now. That is the ONLY form of hair removal that is actualy permentant. You can go for about $20 for a 15 minute session once a week or every other week for about a year and be done. It does hurt, but it's not unbearable and it is worth it.

how the hell are u gonna remove your facial hair by not using shaving or plucking or bleaching??? u are already 13,u are becoming a man.u should start to shave.i started shaving at 13!! i'm 15 now.no problems with shaving.at the start it quite fun(honestly) but after a while u get lazy to do it.but never the less,i still shave weekly.

when i was 13 i used "nair"
you can buy it at walmart for like 5 bucks.. works great!
and walmart has like 10 different brands so whichever one you like best!

Go for electrosis, its expensive but the results are pretty much permanent

i use sally hansen cream hair removal it works and you just put it on your face or w/e you need it for approx. 3 minutes and thats it :)
