Yeah, this has fraud written all over it. They only accept cash. They want the money payed directly to a bank account. Odds are, they have hijacked an account and have people pay into it. They empty the account and disappear. Nothing will be shipped and there is no way to find them.

What exactly are you supposed to be paying for? How did they get in contact with you originally?
